Job Description

Ortho West —formerly Carrollton Orthopaedics— is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in our outpatient rehab clinic. Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge and understanding of all clinic policies/procedures, culture, and organizational structure. Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to training processes. Conveys a professional image and attitude. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process. Identify learning needs and teach patients and families. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals. Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Strong customer service. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma. Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia. Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months. This position requires a background check upon acceptance.
