How will you power what's possible? Job Summary Assists in the administration of People & Culture (P&C) processes such as onboarding, benefits, payroll, and team member data management. Supports P&C professionals in implementing policies and maintaining compliance. Provides general administrative support for P&C functions and team member inquiries. Key Responsibilities Documents team member information and updates records in People & Culture (P&C) systems, following data privacy regulations and company guidelines. Supports day-to-day P&C operations, to ensure alignment with business unit goals and organizational standards. Ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to team member records, benefits, and onboarding processes. Organizes and maintains personnel files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepares reports and presentations for P&C initiatives, using data collected from various sources within the business unit. Contacts team members and managers to gather information and provide updates on P&C-related tasks. Follows established procedures for handling team member inquiries, escalating complex issues to leadership as needed. Gathers feedback from team members regarding P&C programs and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Exercises discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. Partners, plans, and administers team member engagement to foster inclusive workplace culture. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
