Job Description

Augusta School of Massage is looking for a responsible Office Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Office Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Director of Education and Financial Aid Administrator while assisting with general office needs. The Office Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing the Augusta School of Massage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling daily posts and videos and replying to comments. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs. An ideal candidate will be some who is self-motivated and can work independently as well as with others. Starting hours will be 32-36/week. There is potential for growth within the company. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize calendars and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies Maintain contact lists Correctly and efficiently enter data Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Publisher in particular) Proficiency in Google Apps Knowledge of Social Media Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
