Job Description
Join the LOUD Security Team! LOUD Security is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Acquisitions Department . This position plays a key role in the successful integration of newly acquired security companies by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transition process. Responsibilities Prepare and organize acquisition files and customer records. Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records. Track acquisition milestones and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal departments. Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Monitoring, Customer Service, and Operations during acquisition transitions. Assist with data entry into company software and spreadsheets. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Assist management with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in acquisitions, contract administration, accounting, or the security industry is a plus.
