Wannamaker Law is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our office running smoothly. If you're passionate about service, detail-driven, and ready to contribute to meaningful legal work, we want to meet you!What You'll Do:
Client Reception- Greet walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth, guiding them to the right team member. Payment Processing
- Accurately receive and record client payments. Supply Management
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with staff to keep the office well-stocked. Mail Handling
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence. Document Management
- Copy, scan, and organize files while maintaining confidentiality. Case Review Updates
- Keep paralegal case lists accurate and current. Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, meetings, and file management. Office Presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with staff to support overall office operations.
What You Bring:
Bilingual (Spanish & English)- Required for daily client interaction. 1-2 Years of Admin Experience
- Preferably in a law firm or professional services setting. Excellent Communication Skills
- Both verbal and written. Tech-Savvy
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace. Detail-Oriented & Organized
- Able to manage multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly. Trustworthy & Professional
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.50- $22.
