Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office functionality. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours will be 1:30 PM to 5:30PM on weekdays and 10AM to 2PM on Saturdays. Two Saturdays required per Month. Duties Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Answer phone calls and manage phone systems, providing excellent customer service to callers. Assist with front desk duties, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately. Schedule appointments and manage Outlook Calendar for team members. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. Collaborate with team members on various clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
