Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, managing parts supply, inventory, preparing purchase orders, filing, and laminating. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Environment This role is located in a manufacturing facility, not a traditional office environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm + occasional overtime Skills Proficiency in Excel is a plus. Experience in providing administrative support in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Background in administrative roles or personal assistant experience is beneficial.
