Job Description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, energetic Office Assistant who can keep our daily operations running smoothly while also supporting sales and marketing activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, communicating, and helping a business grow. Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer phone system with professionalism and warmth, always ensuring excellent customer service Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Provide general administrative support (phones, email, filing, scheduling) Assist with preparing sales materials, presentations, and follow‑up communications Help manage social media posts, basic content updates, and marketing campaigns Maintain customer records and update CRM entries Support outreach efforts to prospective clients Coordinate small projects, vendor communication, and office tasks as Bonuses for new clients Preferred Skills Previous experience in an office, administrative, sales, or marketing role Experience with social media management or simple graphic tools (Canva, etc.) Familiarity with email marketing platforms Light sales experience and comfortable speaking with customers Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
