You will provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities, with a focus on tracking the lifecycle of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs), coordinating activities across multiple departments and project teams, monitoring regulatory reporting requirements, and supporting technical reporting. This role will also serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership to ensure compliance-related activities are documented, communicated, and resolved on time. This is a Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire Hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite at the client site and 2 days remote. Temp-to-Perm or Direct hire depends on the candidate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 3-5 years of technical experience supporting wastewater collection or conveyance systems Working knowledge of wastewater infrastructure, sanitary sewer systems, and regulatory compliance programs Proficient in MS Office product Experienced using Cityworks or equivalent management software

Experience supporting municipal wastewater Consent Decree programs Familiarity with SSO reporting and regulatory compliance requirements Experience managing or maintaining technical databases Experience preparing technical reports for regulatory agencies or municipal clients #PRI
