Project Assistant Commercial & Industrial Painting | Facility Maintenance Harrison Contracting Company (HCC) is growing—and we're looking for a Project Assistant who loves organization, teamwork, and keeping projects moving. In this role, you'll support commercial painting and facility maintenance projects from setup through closeout. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Accounting, Sales, and field teams to keep paperwork, billing, and systems accurate and on time. What You'll Do ✅ Set up jobs, contracts, and project files ✅ Track budgets and change orders ✅ Support invoicing and subcontractor payments ✅ Manage project documents and job cost info ✅ Keep teams aligned and projects organized What We're Looking For ✔ Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines ✔ Microsoft Office experience required ✔ Construction, painting, or facility maintenance experience preferred ✔ Project or construction software experience a plus ✔ High School Diploma or GED equivalence required Why HCC?
