Job Requirements halawa, HI Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares and drafts administrative documentation, executive correspondence, and routine program performance metrics under senior guidance. Develop tracking matrices for project milestones and maintain organized records of administrative actions. Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure all PMO workflows are executed with precision. Executes day-to-day meeting support, calendar coordination, and action-item tracking for a large-scale mission support program. Compile status summaries from functional Task Leads, draft responses to routine administrative inquiries, and assist in tracking personnel onboarding and clearance milestones. Support the maintenance of administrative Contingency Plans and coordinate data inputs for Mission-Partner reviews within the
USPACOM AOR.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Proficiency in office automation tools, calendar management, and database tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a secure Military Program Office or command staff environment. Familiarity with automated task management platforms. Strong background in technical writing and meeting minutes compilation.
Clearance Required:
Must be eligible to obtain a
Secret Clearance Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
