The Position:
We are looking for friendly and compassionate Administrative Assistant, who will assist our Assistant Administrator with secretarial support duties.
Other duties include:
Monitoring and answering correspondence. Special Event planning. Prepares and collects operational reports. Resolves administrative concerns and inquiries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration or combination of relevant education and experience. Two (2) years' experience in administration, secretarial or executive assistant role. Must be able to communicate effectively and concisely.
