This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong office skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Duties Greet patients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Manage scheduling, collect payment, check in/check out patients Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail handling, and general administrative support Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently Assist with clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining organized files Support office team with personal assistant tasks as needed, including calendar management and document preparation Qualifications Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectivelyy Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
