Job Description

Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the firm and ensure the smooth operation. As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our firm's productivity and maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communication:
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, prepare documents, and operate general office equipment, including computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Operational Support:
Perform routine office errands, including trips to the bank for deposits and the post office for company mail and packages.
Confidentiality:
Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding firm and client information.
Technology Support:
Assist with managing office technology, devices, software, and applications used by the firm.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient communication and smooth office operations.
Other Duties:
Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for work-related travel.
