Job Summary:
Overall responsibility involves executing administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and service performance, aiming to exceed our clients' expectations through data-driven decisions. Manages and coordinates service requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Dispatching:
Coordinates all scheduled work for assigned technicians. Dispatches the appropriate service technician at the proper time. Updates the dispatch board continuously and maintains the call schedule according to order of importance, location, contract specifications, and time allocation. Ensures calls are completed and reschedules incomplete calls.
Client Relations:
Maintains good client relations and provides clear communication to all external and internal clients.
Service Agreements:
Maintains and coordinates monthly Preventative Maintenance Agreement scheduling. Maintains a working knowledge of each agreement in order to meet specific client requirements.
Administrative Duties:
Assists in the procurement of parts and tools, and performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery. Updates appropriate systems with timely notes.
Requirements:
3-5 years of technician support or dispatching experience preferred
