Job Summary Firefly Reliability, a sister company to Hovden Oil, is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support our Revenue Operations team in Ridgeway, IA. This is a busy, detail-focused position with a significant amount of data entry. We're open to entry-level applicants who are eager to learn, take notes, ask questions, and build their skills. What you'll do Enter and maintain job and project information accurately. Help track purchase orders and related paperwork. Assist with customer and vendor setup. Keep equipment records and documents organized. Support travel, expense, and invoice processes. Follow up on missing information and help the team keep work moving. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data entry. Good organization and the ability to manage changing priorities. Clear communication and a willingness to ask questions. Confidence using a computer and learning new systems. A dependable, team-focused approach to work. This role moves quickly and requires accuracy even when several requests come in at once. You don't need to know all our systems on day one, but you should be ready to learn and follow established processes.
