Full-Time Position Summary Mississippi Laser is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and visitors. This position is essential to our day-to-day operations by providing exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and supporting our production and shipping teams. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicating with customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally. Communicate with customers regarding orders, quotes, and general questions. Enter customer orders accurately into the system. Prepare and send customer quotes. Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately. Create and maintain physical job folders for production orders. Coordinate paperwork between the office, production, and shipping departments. Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed. Maintain an organized and professional front office. Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred. Manufacturing or industrial office experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Comfortable learning company software and order entry systems. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
