Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (1hr lunch)
Starting Salary:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Quarterly Bonuses Responsibilities Greet public and answer phones Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, and emails Processing, typing, editing, and format reports and documents Assist with maintaining financial records Assist with payroll, AR/AP Monitor office supplies and ordering/shipping needs General filing, as well as entering data and maintaining databases Schedule appointments, meetings, and events Prepare facilities and arrange refreshments Office cleaning Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties Assist dairy & office managers, department supervisors, and owners with additional tasks or projects as needed. Maintain medical supply inventory (ordering and disbursement)
Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training (1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous). Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters. Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
