ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(CENTER LEVEL )Status:
Non-Exempt / Hourly Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned) Knowledge of customer service and ability to provide general clerical services to center staff e.: copying, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing reports, correspondence, and mailings Knowledge of basic filing, photocopying, inventory methods and procedures Distribute newsletters, documents, and brochures Enter data into central computer database, update files, and assist in recording/record keeping Greet the public, answer phones, receive and store inventory, run errands, purchase supplies Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED One or more years clerical experience Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance Must pass physical examination Must pass background checks (State and H&W), including state day care clearance Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification Preferred Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting Required Physical Demands Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsBENEFITS
