Our organization offers comprehensive programs, including Meals on Wheels, congregate dining, and a full-scale restaurant and catering service supported by state and federal funding. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our community's seniors through compassionate care and community engagement. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will work closely with the Scheduling department to create schedules for both Homecare Aides and clients to make the clients plan of care, and work closely with all contracts and insurance providers. Duties Create schedules for Homecare Aides Create schedules for clients Make the clients plan of care Work closely with insurance providers Requirements High School diploma or GED 2 years' experience in Senior activity preferred Proficiency in related computer software NAPIS, Excel, and Word Strong communication skills Detail orientated Able to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines Join us as a Scheduling Assistant and be part of a passionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors!
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
