Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Maintain contact lists
- Manage calendars for scheduling appointments
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
