IFANCA is a leader in the realm of Halal certification services, providing Halal certificates for products and ingredients since 1982.
JOB SUMMARY
Ensuring completion of certification requirements and issuing Halal Certificates to new and certified clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Review Halal certification applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Respond to customer inquiries regarding certification, applications, and certificates. Prepare contracts, riders, certificates, invoice requests, and other certification documents. Verify application data, agreements, invoices, fees, and certification records for accuracy. Coordinate certificate issuance and distribution to clients. Maintain certification records and an organized workflow. Collaborate with Technical Review, Documentation Control, Accounting, and other departments throughout the certification process. Investigate customer concerns and assist with follow-up on corrective actions. Prepare reports and assist with training, process improvements, and departmental initiatives. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Mature and personal Muslim faith Committed to the mission, vision, and values of IFANCA Able to understand, interpret and communicate technical aspects of halal certification processes, regulations, and standards Adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities; and work with a variety of situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needs Prioritize tasks by importance and deadlines and adjust priorities as situations change Requires exceptional verbal and written communication and outstanding presentation skills Proficient in MS Office applications and the ability to utilize other software programs as needed Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. A Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of similar work experience 2. Candidates with an Associate Degree can also apply if they have the skills to meet the responsibilities of the job and 1-2 years of similar work experience
