Administrative Assistant / Accounting AssistantJob Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Accounting Assistant to support our Automotive Industry. This position is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping and accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing administrative responsibilities while assisting with accounting and financial tasks. Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the corporate office Perform bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Process and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation Assist with account reconciliations, data entry, and expense tracking Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence Coordinate calendars, meetings, and office communications Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems Provide general office and administrative support as needed Travel occasionally between nearby office locations (minimal local travel) Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (required) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality Reliable transportation for occasional local travel Automotive dealership accounting experience is a strong plus , but not required Compensation & Benefits Full-time position
