Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Administration Associate to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting administrative functions, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. In this position, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage office systems, and assist with client interactions to help drive our business forward with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and timely responses Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing office supplies Assist with client communication by providing prompt support and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities, including invoicing and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Proven office experience with strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of integrity Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and positive energy will make a real impact! Pay:
