Duties and Responsibilities Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environmental, Health and Safety training. Maintaining the company's buildings, facilities, and equipment in an operating and functional condition. Diagnoses troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs heating and ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, compressors, and other mechanical equipment as necessary. Utilizes strong mechanical and electrical skills to complete assignments. Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Safely performs functions of the positions, including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/ tag out procedures and wearing PPE as required. Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License. Some Commercial HVAC experience preferred but not mandatory. Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship program or acceptable equivalent training.
