Key Responsibilities General Office Support Manage daily administrative duties to maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment. Welcome visitors, handle guest registration, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages. Document & Records Management Draft, format, and edit basic company correspondence, announcements, and meeting minutes. Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents, records, and contracts in compliance with company policies. Office Supplies & Asset Coordination Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and submit replenishment orders as needed. Track asset usage and coordinate maintenance/repairs for standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers). Meeting & Event Logistics Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring necessary materials and refreshments are in place. Assist in organizing company events, employee wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. Attendance & Cross-Departmental Support Assist in tracking and reconciling daily employee attendance and leave records. Provide general administrative assistance to other departments and complete assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus). 1-2 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience (promising entry-level candidates welcome). Key Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
