In this role, you will support our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Duties Greet visitors, answer a multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Complete consult intakes Coordinate calendar management and schedule consultations Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing, and maintaining office equipment. Assist with client communication by providing excellent customer service and support via phone or email Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Experience with Clio is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer literacy including data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and technical proficiency. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
