Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office management and executive administrative support, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Our top priority is to provide every patient with exceptional care and attention. Duties Provide executive administrative support to our doctors and hygienist's with their schedules. Coordinate patient care with appointments and treatment plans. Assist with dental insurance. Confirming dental insurance and claims. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via multi-line phone systems. Provide front desk support as needed, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications and checkouts with patients. Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Experience Previous administrative experience is required; personal assistant experience is a plus. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is essential. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and clerical tasks. Excellent phone etiquette to represent the organization positively during interactions with patients.
