Full Job Description Overview:
This position will provide clerical support to the staff and manager. Functionalities of this role will include, but not limited to, payroll, filing, and scheduling.Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, take and deliver messages according to department communication standards. Serves as an assistant to the unit manager, providing office and clerical support such as typing, filing, meeting scheduling, agenda planning, processing meeting minutes, processing invoices, discharge follow up phone calls, copying, mailing and faxing. Coordinates unit activities, including greeting and assisting customers, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, supply management and maintenance of office equipment. Performs basic office management functions and secretarial duties for Manager/Director of department to maintain cohesiveness in day-to-day office functions and operations. Compose routine and general correspondence in accordance with established office procedures and as directed by supervisor. Prepares, maintains, and distributes various simple, routine reports. Assists in the coordination of administrative and staffing activities in assigned department. Assists with contacts to internal and external agencies. Reviews and revises Kronos scans for appropriate cost centers.Qualifications:

The compensation range for this position is $17.91per hour - $29.01per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
