Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The Cancer Care Service Admin Assistant supports the Executive Director of Cancer Care Services in administrative activities, special projects, and program development. The assistant will coordinate and attend meetings, track projects, quality initiatives, and distribute information accordingly.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
: High School graduate or equivalent. Associate degree or equivalent in Business/Secretarial Program is preferred. Typing skills 50-60 words per minute. Two years of administrative level secretarial experience preferred. Medical terminology background preferred. Advanced personal computer experience and skills in hospital standard applications are required including orrd processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation and other applications. Must be personable and must be able to work in a professional atmosphere and must have a cooperative attitude.
