HR Information Desk Coordinator

Associate Relations

Summary

The HR Information Desk Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the efficient operation of multiple Sections in the Human Resources Department. Outline of Duties

The essential functions described below are intended to broadly define the expectations of the role. Distribute Mail to multiple sections within HR Department

Manage AR Documents, Policies, and Tips on Portal

Coordinates relevant AR Procedures, i.e. GFTP and inter-department processes.

Administer and process the Open Line system.

Greet, assist, and route associates to the appropriate HR section.

Coordinate Roundtable Meetings

Manage PIP data keeping system & Termination Letters/Files & LOA filing.

Maintain SIA Facility Use Agreements and In-kind Donation Agreements

Coordinates Matching Gift and Grant Review/Selection Process

Support IS and Budget Activities - A.R. Travel requests/payment forms.

I-9 name change updates.

Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material

Strong customer service background

Strong organization skills

Proficient in Excel, Word, and a general understanding of Microsoft Access & SAP/SuccessFactors

Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of SIA Associates Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or certification required/Bachelor's degree preferred; 0-2 years relevant experience
