Job Description
- Part time administrative position with minimum of 21 hrs/week available (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with additional Mon and Wed hours available) ```Responsibilites```
- Manage medical/prosthetic EMR system (previous work with a medical EMR preferred but not required/will train) This will include data entry, document creation, scheduling and creating reports.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks which include the need for multitasking skills.
These include at minimum:
Filing, scanning, printing, typing, faxing, phone calls and some shipping/receiving.- Greeting patients when they arrive, rooming them and providing water/coffee.
- Light cleaning; including entry bathroom touch ups, minor vacuuming when needed and cleaning patient rooms after use. ```Qualifications```
- Previous office administration experience preferred along with an understanding of basic office software (Word, Excel, etc)
- Must have ability to thrive and multitask in a busy enviornment
