Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will coordinate our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage communication channels, and support office management activities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support. Perform data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record keeping using Eaglesoft. Support office management by collecting payments, verifying insurance, updating patient records, scheduling for multiple providers and filing of insurance claims. Assist with clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, and managing confidential information with discretion. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining positive client communication. Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Prior experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
