POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Support role provides administrative support and assistance for ensuring high quality I/DD programs and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative supports to I/DD Directors and Managers, including, but not limited to: Entering data and maintaining spreadsheets Auditing records for quality and compliance Scanning, importing, copying and collating documents Making phone calls and sending emails Organizing and maintaining both electronic and paper files Mailing letters/documents Completing functions related to Medicaid billing Providing tasks related to maintaining a clean and organized office/work environment Visiting other services sites, including day training and participant homes on occasion to assist with auditing Running errands Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED equivalency Knowledge and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Software systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS
This role is primarily conducted a professional office or clinical setting and involves sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies/equipment 15-20 lbs.
