Neuroscience Services Work Location Lexington, KY Grade Level 11 Salary Range $29.12-45.70/hour Type of Position Staff Position Time Status Full-Time Required Education BSN Required Related Experience 3 years Required License/Registration/Certification Registered Nurse (RN)

+ National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

+ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Physical Requirements Staff must be able to push/pull at least 50lbs. Staff must be able to provide excellent and efficient primary patient care in a transport setting (by ground in an ambulance, rotary aircraft or fixed-wing aircraft). Shift Must be able to work three, 12-hour, shifts per week from 7A -730P; will also be required to work some weekends and holidays. Job Summary The position of the Stroke Transfer Coordinator/UKHC is necessary for the safe, effective and efficient care of the patient. Currently managed in the Cardiovascular ICU only.
