Job Description
About the Role Silvestri Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide full-time, dedicated support to our core team. This role is designed to streamline our day-to-day operations, making our workflows as efficient as possible. The ideal candidate will serve as the backbone of our administrative processes, handling everything from database management to basic marketing creation.
Note:
This is strictly an administrative support role. A real estate license is not required, and this position will not act as a real estate agent or broker in any capacity. Schedule & Compensation DetailsWork Hours:
Monday- Thursday, 9:00 AM
- 4:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM
- 12:00 PM.
Note:
Additional time outside of these exact hours may be necessary depending on active deal workload).Benefits:

$40,000- $50,000 / Year based off experience and fit. Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Scheduling:
Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and set up appointments, calls, and video meetings for the team.Database Management:
Meticulously maintain, update, and organize our contact lists and proprietary information databases.Communication:
Act as a professional point of contact, routinely calling and emailing clients or vendors on behalf of the team, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills and a highly polished approach.Document Preparation:
Draft, format, and organize standard real estate documents and listing agreements.Marketing & Presentations:
Assist in the creation and formatting of basic Offering Memorandums (OMs) for property listings as well as additional marketing collateral.Research:
Conduct general market research and specific property research to support the team's deal pipeline.Workflow Coordination:
Send, receive, track, and file critical documents as needed to ensure smooth operational processes. Required Qualifications & SkillsTech-Savvy:
Highly proficient with modern office software and comfortable learning new technology or platforms quickly.Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Humor:
Ability to laugh at often not-funny "Dad Jokes/Puns".Bonus / Preferred
Experience- Understanding basic multifamily real estate principles.
- Prior experience using industry-specific platforms such as DotLoop, Crexi, CoStar, or similar real estate programs are helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with basic real estate concepts and terminology.
Pay:
$40,000.00- $50,000.
