About Us Machine Time is a custom CNC machining company producing high-quality, tight-tolerance parts for the aerospace and defense industries. The Role You'll be the primary point of contact for Machine Time and the person who keeps our office running smoothly. This is a high-demand role where accuracy matters — deadlines must be met and work completed without errors. You'll report to the Operations Manager and touch nearly every part of the business, making it ideal for someone who wants to build a career, not just hold a job. What You'll Do Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements — including digital vacation calendars Handle incoming/outgoing communications and draft and proofread correspondence Greet visitors and keep the office organized, stocked, and running Assist with financial tasks and record keeping as needed (QuickBooks experience a plus) Support HR tasks such as onboarding and personnel records Help ensure compliance with company policies and requirements Organize company events, milestones, and celebrations What We're Looking For Must be 18 or older and a U.S. citizen Proficient with Microsoft Office; solid typing skills Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to meet deadlines with error-free work Discreet — you'll handle confidential information daily Self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
