Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. The Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining rental applications
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and invoicing
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
