This department is responsible for the administration of programs and services for the following areas: Student Union, Post Office, Campus Reservation System, Camps and Special Programs, ID Card Operations, and two contracted areas which include Barnes and Noble Bookstore and Sodexo Campus Services. This position requires proficient verbal and written communication skills due to contact with a diverse population. This position must possess organization and accuracy.. This position also requires critical and independent thinking and also requires taking on initiatives without constant direction. Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored. Responsible for maintaining inventory count for all equipment that falls under Auxiliary Services. Enters electronic requisitions for Auxiliary Services. Assists with daily operational functions of the Post Office and reporting. Assist with Colonel Card Operations, which includes printing Colonel Cards and Colonel Card reporting. Assists with events held in the Bollinger Student Union. Assist with Reservations office. Percentage Of Time 50 Responsibility / Duty Camps and Special Programs Assist with the development, administration and implementation of Camps and Special Programs. Assist with administering the program registration system that accounts for the participant and the registration monies. Assist with summer camps, conferences, spring fairs and special events as needed. Percentage Of Time 40 Responsibility / Duty Other Duties Any other duties as assigned.
