Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast paced real estate management company. This role is essential to keeping the office organized, tenants supported, and properties running efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from tenants, owners, and vendors Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors Schedule property showings, inspections, and appointments Assist with rent tracking, late notices, and basic bookkeeping tasks Prepare and send notices, letters, and basic documents Order office supplies and keep the office organized Support management with daily administrative tasks Assist with marketing listings and updating property information Help ensure smooth communication between tenants, owners, and staff Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, property management software a plus) Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Self-motivated and dependable Preferred Traits Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation Pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
