  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our program operations.
The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the program and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in administrative support. They are proactive, dependable, and capable of independently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, payroll, billing, and program documentation. Manage communications including phone calls, appointments, emails, mail, and visitor schedules. Oversee supply inventory, purchasing, vehicle maintenance records, and program credit card and receipts. Attend staff meetings, take minutes, and assist in program reporting for funding, licensing, and regulatory agencies. Support data entry, incident reporting, outcome tracking, and satisfaction surveys billing documentation. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and adherence to agency policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance. Serve as a positive and professional role model for staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications :
High school diploma and 2+ years administration experience, or business school with 1+ year administration experience. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, high-stress environment; meet all background and credentialing requirements.
Schedule:
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday Hourly Rate $19.50
