The Laurel School is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated full-time Fifth Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. At Laurel, we believe in creating a challenging and engaging academic environment where students are encouraged to think critically, ask meaningful questions, and take ownership of their learning. Our K-5 program is rooted in project-based learning, providing opportunities for students to explore, collaborate, problem-solve, and make meaningful connections across subjects. The Opportunity As our Fifth Grade Teacher, you will: Deliver a strong academic program that challenges students and builds critical thinking skills. Develop engaging, project-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving. Utilize Laurel's beautiful 2.5-acre outdoor campus as an extension of the classroom. Foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Prepare students academically and socially for their next chapter in middle school. Collaborate with faculty, administration, and families to support student growth. What Laurel Offers A supportive and collaborative school community. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$40,000-$42,000 annually Full-time, school-year position. Health insurance benefits offered. Retirement benefits offered.
