Chelsea, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM (on site)

$24.00•28.00 per hour

Full-Time (on site) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organized Import Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. No previous import experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is someone who can stay organized, manage multiple tasks at once, and pay close attention to details in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Track incoming shipments and provide updates to customers. Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and customers by email and phone. Review shipping documents to ensure information is accurate. Enter shipment information into company systems. Follow up on deliveries and help resolve any shipment issues. Maintain organized records and files. Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks. Work closely with team members to ensure shipments move smoothly and on time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office, customer service, administrative, or logistics experience is helpful but not required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn new systems and processes.

$24.00•$28.00 per hour
