Description The Office Assistant provides support to the Office of Academic Affairs, assisting with daily office operations. Responsibilities Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and other general administrative tasks. Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with event planning and special projects. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Typical Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Excel in particular. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Supplemental Information Work Schedule:
Approximately 5 hours per week, flexible. This position is not eligible for benefits.Benefits
