Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our insurance team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with policy documentation, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Responsibilities Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, taking payments, and maintaining files. Prepare, review, and process insurance applications, claims, and policy documents accurately and efficiently. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information and resolving issues related to their policies. Maintain and update client records in the database, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Work closely with insurance producers and underwriters to facilitate the processing of applications and claims. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all administrative tasks. Generate reports on policy renewals, claims status, and client communications as needed. Skills Prior experience working in an office environment is
REQUIRED
High school diploma Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality This is an in-office position so a driver's license is required.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
