Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk activities including visitor check-ins and phone inquiries Coordinate communications between staff, patients, and healthcare providers Maintain accurate records and update agency-specific systems and databases Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing Exercise independent judgment in handling confidential medical information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical facility or medical office environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant systems Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude Demonstrated customer service skills with healthcare providers
Work Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $22 per hour This is a 2 month contract to start with possiblity for extension
