About Us Arizzi Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center has been serving the North Shore community and beyond since its founding in 1987. Our approach combines modern techniques with personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from pain, restore function, and achieve their full health potential. Position Summary We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistants to support our front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people in a professional healthcare setting. Administrative Assistants are often the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Administrative Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain and organize patient files and office records Manage office supplies and inventory Maintain a clean and organized front office Billing & Financial Follow-Up Assist with insurance claim follow-up and status checks Contact insurance companies regarding outstanding claims Help track unpaid or aging claims and flag issues Support patient billing questions and basic payment processing Coordinate with the provider on documentation needed for billing Maintain accurate records of billing communications This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
