Type:
full-time High-performing candidates with 5+ years' relevant work experience are invited to apply to work as a Portfolio Management Coordinator. The Portfolio Management Coordinator, based in our corporate headquarters in Boston, MA, is a key administrative member of the deal team. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing the necessary materials for portfolio management transactions and initiatives, including dispositions, appraisals and financings. Responsibilities
- Working across the organization, responsibility for gathering, reviewing and organizing information for purposes of assisting portfolio management transactions and initiatives including dispositions, appraisals and financings
- Interface with external parties (usually brokers, prospective buyers and appraisers) to respond to due diligence questions
- Coordinate site visits with external parties
- Participate in deal closing process including preparation of and coordination of estoppels, settlement statements, other transaction documents and the execution of transaction-related documents Qualifications
- Highly organized
- Task oriented, deadline driven
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years organizing deal closings in real estate, banking, or a similar industry
- Notary Public is beneficial, but not required
