U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSCC) Building 15 (West side of General Greene Avenue), Natick, MA 01760Shift:

If so, we're seeking a reliable, professional, and mission-aligned Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting daily operational needs and adults with disabilities. Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics for leadership and staff. Ensure readiness for meetings with accurate agendas, materials, and documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with both organizational policies and government contracting requirements. Prepare and submit reports, correspondence, and other deliverables on deadline. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, installation personnel, and external partners. Assist with visitor access protocols, space scheduling, and required reporting. Ensure that administrative processes, office supply needs, and facility-related requests are managed in compliance with installation rules and organizational procedures. Support data entry, research, and project timelines in coordination with leadership, while identifying opportunities to improve administrative efficiency. What You'll Need to beSuccessful:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support, data entry, secretarial, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
