Job Description

Job Statement:
As the Office Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth function of our main office operations and maintaining internal and external standards for client records.
Office Operations Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all daily operations within the main office, providing oversight and direction, including but not limited to phone coverage, mailings, meeting minutes, ordering supplies.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols for the main entrance and lobby area, overseeing visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on organizational, documentation, and communication needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee routine audits from internal and external agencies.
  • Actively participate in committees or working groups as assigned, contributing insights and expertise.
  • Harness the power of current technology systems for effective records management, communication, and documentation.
Education, Experience, and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in office coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
